Beth Rahal, Pregnant On Campus Coordinator
A native of Massachusetts, Beth O’Malley graduated from Belmont Abbey College (NC), where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. After graduation, Beth joined SFLA in activism efforts in WI, and by the end of the summer, she committed to joining the SFLA team in August 2012. As the National College Program Coordinator, Beth is responsible of the development and distribution of SFLA’s college programs, and she currently assists hundreds of student groups across the country.
Since joining the SFLA team, Beth has worked closely with hundreds of college students by providing advice, training, and resources. She primarily focuses her efforts on educating students in strategies to increase pregnant and parenting resources through SFLA’s Pregnant on Campus Initiative. Through this Initiative, she also works with pregnancy resource centers in an effort to increase advertisement on college campuses, and she has worked one-on-one with pregnant and parenting students who have sought out support.
In 2013, Beth helped lead SFLA’s activism efforts in Texas and in Albuquerque, and she participated in undercover efforts at pro-abortion events (such as the National Young Feminist Leadership Conference) in efforts to expose the goals and rhetoric of the pro-abortion movement. Moreover, Beth speaks nationally at student and community events. She continues to be a consistent presence in local community efforts such as 40 Days for Life.
